From our marketing department: All the tickets are gone. Thanks for your AMAZING response to our giveaway!
The Montgomery Advertiser has free tickets to the 70th Magic City Classic at Birmingham’s Legion Field and they’re available to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis.
I know what you’re thinking. I’d wonder what the catch is as well.
Well, there’s no catch. The marketing department, through its various connections to the community, came across more than 100 tickets to distribute to the public, with approximately 70 on the Alabama State section of Legion Field and an equal number available on the Alabama A&M side.
They decided the best way to unload the tickets is by promoting the new ASU blog site (the one you’re viewing), so the tickets are available to anyone reading this blog that wants them.
To receive the tickets, you’ll need to respond to this post by calling (334) 261-1553. Our marketing department will leave the tickets in an envelope at the front desk of the Advertiser at 425 Molton Street. You can pick them up Wednesday, Thursday or Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you have a preference for which section you want to sit in, they will try to accommodate that as long as the tickets last.
There is a limit of four tickets per poster.
Where are we supposed to respond for the tickets?
respond with my private information where? certainly not here for all to see?
I’m working to clarify that part right now.
Great. Thank you!
